On-line explorations on space.

Arizona State University Virtual Counseling Center
Website acts as an adviser group for students to explore careers. Allows access to interest inventories such as the Personal Globe Inventory and the O*NET Interest Profiler. Easy sign up for tracking interest inventories through a self created username, password, and email address.

Website is a source to link to other websites to help with various math classes and basic computer programming. Important links include a Mathcaching game and graphing calculator assistance website.

Website allows students and teachers access to problems of the week, activities, and help. Must register for access to website.

McDougal Littell Classzone
Link to the McDougal Littell website. Allows a parent to access extra information based upon his/her child’s textbook. Access for both middle and high school in the areas of Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and World Languages.

Ms. Duncan’s Website
Links to agendas for classes and some lab work for her classes. Agendas only for Earth/Environmental Science, more information included on Chemistry website.

National Library of Virtual Manipulatives
Able to access website in three languages: English, French, and Spanish.  Site offers help from Pre-K to grade 12 in the areas of Numbers & Operations to Data Analysis & Probability.

Regents Exam Prep Center
Website for access to all areas being tested for the NY Regents testing. Includes practice problems, memory tricks, and practice lessons for various subjects.

Science Buddies
Website links to ideas for science fair projects including a planning guide. Quiz to help narrow down topic for project based upon child grade level and likes/dislikes. Final recommendations for science projects are rated on a scale of 1 to 10 based on level of difficulty.

Student section has activities, games, and tutorials for the graphing calculator

Webmath.com
Websites allows a person to access information about different procedures for conversions, fractions, factoring, etc. Math levels include K-8 math to Calculus. Step by step instructions with final answer shown. Advantage: Allows student to type in own numbers.
