Student Placement Location, Hours, Contact Information

CMS Families – this week you should have received your student’s annual assignment notification letter, alerting them to their CMS school assignment for the 2022-23 school year and providing instructions for participating in the school choice lottery.  The letter contained a message which said “Your lottery application have been voided and you must reapply before the deadline date.”  Please disregard this portion of the letter.  All other information, including the student’s ID and PIN and 22-23 school assignment is correct.  Only families who wish to change their student’s 22-23 assignment need to take action.  Please visit the Student Placement or School Choice websites for additional information.

Visit CMSChoice.org to learn about magnet options.

If you have questions about magnet programs please contact the Magnet Office at 980-343-5030.

Each year new and current CMS families have an opportunity to apply for Magnet/Career & Technical Education (CTE) or other school option programs through the online school options lottery. The online lottery application provides families with a list of their school options based on the student’s residential address. New families must enroll by the appropriate deadlines to participate in the lottery.

If your child was previously enrolled in CMS but is not currently attending a CMS school, you must future enroll for the next school during the district’s future enrollment period to being able to submit a lottery application
