Benefits
New Hire Information

All new employees or newly benefit eligible employees have 30 days from the date of hire to enroll in benefits.  You MUST enroll during this 30 day window to receive your benefits!

Please review the Employee Guide 2022-2023

Call the Worksite Communications Center at 1-877-401-6390 Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST to enroll!

Benefit counselors will assist you with your enrollment.  Benefit counselors will help orient you to the many benefits offered by CMS and to help acquaint you with the electronic systems.  Once enrolled, employees can access the systems at any time.  The benefits counselor will walk through the website with new employees and answer any questions you may have.

All benefits enrollment is done electronically and can be completed from any available  computer with internet access. There are two enrollment systems. To enroll in a medical plan, please login to CMS HR InTouch.

Please use Lawson Self-Service to enroll in all other Employee Benefits.

Online enrollment must be completed no later than 30 days after your date of hire.

Some benefits may require an application with health questions if you do not enroll during your initial enrollment period. If you don't enroll by this time you may not enroll until the next Annual Enrollment  period unless you experience a life status change.
