Property Management
The CMS Property Management Department consists of Property Management and Community Use of Schools. The department provides service for a district portfolio that is one of the two largest in the state of North Carolina. The schools and facilities it supports are divided into seven Learning Communities serviced by 1 Director, 5 Senior Portfolio Managers, 1 Community Use of Schools Manager, and 2 Community Facilities Assistants. Property Management's core competency is providing property and facilities related expertise for the school district, and excellent customer service to our publics. It strives to take facilities related issues and concerns away from Principals' everyday decision making so that they may concentrate on Curriculum and Instruction.
